Bozena Chorazewicz, Motivation & Strategy Coach

My name is Bozena,
I'm a motivation coach

My purpose in life is to support women in correcting the balance between the masculine and feminine and building a world where they are equal partners, free from fear, shame, and inferiority

We live in a world where women are often not considered equals to men and where, due to historical programming, they often don’t see themselves as men’s equals, not believing in their innate power.

Because of this, I work with entrepreneurial women, supporting them in exercising business and personal strength and confronting burnout, which affects them more often than their male counterparts.

The work I do is trifold:

  1. I serve as a CONDUIT for knowledge on specific topics, shared as content on this website and in weekly email updates.
  2. I’m a CREATOR of simple systems that address and solve common challenges of women entrepreneurs.
  3. I act as a CATALYST for insights and actions for growth, delivered during private and group coaching sessions.

I help the girls run their world!

You've made it this far in business due to your talents, skills, inner strength, and perseverance. Even though you often feel down, exhausted, and discouraged, don't stop now.

I've been in your shoes. I know you can--and you will--get your spark back.

Like a Girl

Growing up as a woman in a men-ruled world

Born as an only child, a girl, to entrepreneurial parents in a traditional yet communist country, I’ve experienced a fair share of contradictions going on in my life. I had to behave like a “good girl” while learning all the ins and outs of running a business. I needed to excel in everything I did but still attend to my family’s needs and wishes as a good daughter, wife, and mother would. Talk about confusion!
No wonder, then, that I get triggered every time someone tells me, “You should smile more.”

I understand the paradoxes and various directions your life takes you through.

Entrepreneurial Bug

Building business experience without judgment

My curiosity and open-mindedness brought me to study abroad, speak multiple languages, and work for big and small international companies. I’ve discovered what building and running a company in a completely unfamiliar environment means. It motivated me to start my own business. And then the next one. And a few more. In each of my entrepreneurial endeavors, my business motivation was challenged by internal and external factors. As my businesses transformed and pivoted, I was learning to be non-judgmental toward myself, others, and the circumstances.

As an experienced woman entrepreneur, I’ve been in your shoes and can relate to the challenges you face every day.

Easier, Better, Faster

Turning knowledge into systems

The avalanche of information available to us overwhelms everyone, especially an entrepreneur. Work burnout I’ve experienced, like many other business owners, made me realize that the first step to digging myself out of this predicament is to simplify. Since then, I have created and tested multiple systems, tools, apps, and devices that helped me and my clients move through our days of running business. The busyness and worry get replaced by anticipation and deliberate work.

I use an array of tools and processes that have proven successful for my clients and myself for many years.

From Zero to Hero

Progressing on my way to coaching mastery

I don’t subscribe to the “mess to message” concept of coaching; I believe in a solid knowledge base, extensive practice, a growth mindset, and constant professional development. That’s why I hold a Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) certificate from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the oldest and most respected coaching schools in the US. I’m also a member of two of the most prominent professional organizations in the world: the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global). As such, my coaching business is governed by the rules of professional conduct and ethics of those organizations.

My coaching practice is neuroscience-informed and evidence-based. I also practice somatic and presence-based coaching. As every serious professional, I’m constantly deepening my skills and expanding my knowledge. Since I’m a highly sensitive person (HSP), I am well-versed in mindfulness and meditation techniques.

I’m not only a trained professional coach, I’m also passionate about what I do.

The proof is in the pudding

My coaching skills have been acknowledged by following esteemed coaching schools and associations:

Two in One

Balancing the logical and the creative

According to the Clifton Strength Finder, my strength lies in knowing how to help individuals absorb and analyze information that can inform better decisions. My 3/5 Human Design profile explains my experimental nature and the trial-and-error process that helps me manifest ideas and bring changes in all spheres of other people’s lives. Being an Enneagram 3 with a 4 wing makes me a result-oriented professional motivator who uses concrete examples when communicating with others.

All those personality profiles show the logical part of my nature, my left-brain skills, and the masculine energy manifesting. This is, however, balanced by the right-brain, feminine energy of creative thinking, my readiness to serve a different perspective, and to hold a space for my clients to develop their own insights and ideas in their unique time frame.

Working with me, you’re getting the best of two worlds: a logical, action-focused approach combined with creative exploration that encourages introspection, reflection, and big-picture thinking.
